Thoughtbarn + Delineate Studio - Avenue C

Thoughtbarn and Delineate Studio renovated two fourplexes in Hyde Park, adding an additional four units to each while preserving the historic front houses. The project won a 2019 Preservation Merit Award, congrats to all involved!
